Validate Yourself

As you go into the week, do yourself a favor and stop chasing validation from others.  That's empty calories.  The validation you really want is approval from yourself.  That's self-esteem.

It's great to study successful people and look for clues.  But please don’t make the mistake of doing what it seems like everyone is doing.  Conventional wisdom only works for conventional results, and most conventional results are decidedly average or even mediocre.
