n the last post, I told you that changing your thought process is one of the most important transformations you can make in yourself to become healthy, happy and prosperous. Let’s explore some additional ways you can apply this process.

Building Mental Strength

Most people are aware that they can build muscle and sculpt their physique through the method of physical exercise. Not so many seem to understand that their mental state can be improved by exercising the right thought patterns. This can play out as becoming a better critical thinker, an improved problem solver, and even actually increasing your intelligence. You essentially transform your thought process – how you view, evaluate and respond to stimuli.

What Good Can Come From This?

That title above can be one of the most empowering questions you ever ask. Because it’s all about repositioning and reorienting yourself, after an outcome that may not be very positive.

Stop Denying Your Greatness

So many millions of people in the world are playing small today. Denying their greatness. And no one is a worse offender than you. Unless it’s me.

My Career As a Sex Worker

You can argue that there is much abuse and exploitation in the sex trade industry. I agree. But there is also much abuse and exploitation in the modeling, music, acting, comedy and countless other industries and professions – and we don’t make those illegal.

The Doctrines and Dogma of Sex…

Perhaps you follow a Holy book that condemns prostitution. That’s certainly your right. But I don’t think that takes you any closer to spirituality and enlightenment, and we can make the argument it takes you further from them. Like a lot of things, organized religion has created a lot of doctrines and dogmas around sex. Doctrines and dogmas most often serve to stymie critical thinking, create division, and foster judgment of others. And that’s certainly the case with organized religion and sex.

The Perception of Evil, Greedy Rich People

There really were people who felt that what Debra was doing was against their values – so they had no compunction to forcibly take her own money away from her – to use it in another manner they felt was “right” or “fair.” To see mature adults make that decision without a thought about the precedent it would set, or the principles it would break is scary AF to me.
