A World Where Religion Doesn’t Exist

Last week I began a series with a post about how illogical it is to believe that there is a supernatural entity who answers your prayers.  In the next post I suggested that only irrational people could believe in religion.  Yet, in the third post, I said I believed in the power of prayer, or more specifically, the power of mind and thought.  Finally, I promised that in this post, I would explain my idealistic vision of a prosperous world…

The Power of Thought and Prayer

We’re continuing the series on god, prayers and prosperity.  Last post I told you that I don’t believe in god, but I do believe in the power of prayer.  And I do believe that it is possible the prayers of Sloopy, his wife, and their friends and family could have helped cause her recovery.

You Are a God

You are not meant to stay at this stage. You were born to become a catalyst, to love, create, and evolve. You were born to be rich and prosperous. But this requires self-awareness. Instead of being randomly provoked by thoughts others send your way, you must become the thinker of the thought, mindful enough to think about what you think about.

The Danger of Attachment

This kind of thinking is such a tragedy. Because once you let your attachment to something override your ability to question a premise or perform critical thinking – all learning, development, and growth stop.
