How You Got Toxic and Dysfunctional Beliefs

Put yourself in this picture:  You’re staring down an army tank division advancing on you.  There are almost 200 tanks, light tanks, and armored cars.  The accompanying soldiers also carry rifles, service revolvers, and bayonets, as well as some bazookas and other anti-tank weapons.  You’re standing in front of them poised for battle, alone, holding a steak knife.

The Brainwashing of Self-Sabotage

Since you were a toddler you have faced overwhelming forces determined to brainwash you, hold you down, destroy your self-esteem, manipulate you into buying shit you don’t need, consuming toxic substances, going into debt, blowing up your relationships, and basically becoming a worker drone in the collective. You were unknowingly brainwashed by these forces and programed with numerous negative, dysfunctional, and harmful beliefs.  And once you accepted those beliefs as your own (unknowingly), you’re probably been practicing behavior that is still today, self-sabotaging the results you say you want.

Your Most Formidable Foe

To develop into the highest possible version of yourself, you are going to have to take on one of the most formidable foes anyone has ever faced.   And it is the same formidable foe all high level achievers must face…

You Are Meant to Be Happy

Think about a newborn kitten or puppy, or a toddler left to her own devices.  They are all inherently happy.  It is their natural state.  And your natural state as a human being.

Mistrust Your Gut

Last post I made the case that to discover truth, you must release your opinions.  This flies directly in the face of a great deal of conventional personal growth and self-development dogma – which implores you to trust your gut, follow your intuition, etc.

Freedom through Self-Awareness

I suggested in the last post when I told you that the actual role of collective consciousness is to keep people unconscious.  That’s because what we call “society” is just a collection of people.  And when you assemble a large collection of people, you can be certain that a vast majority of them are unhappy, unhealthy, deeply in debt, and even deeper in denial and delusion.
