“Friday Filosophy” 6/10/2022 (Planting Seeds)

Happy Freakin’ Friday!

It’s time again for my weekly missive to you with the subject that I’m thinking about – and believe you might want to think about as well.  Today let’s talk about planting seeds.

James Allen tells us that our mind is like a garden that can be mindfully cultivated or allowed to run wild.  Just like a gardener plants in the spring for the harvest, we plant seeds which will come into fruition in the future: tomorrow, next week, next year, and even ten years from now.

Frightening, but true.  Or enlightening, but true.

Because if you know you are preparing your future, and you’re working on the thoughts you give precedence to, it’s an exciting possibility.  Daily prayer, mindful reflection,  or meditation sow the seeds of health, happiness and prosperity. They grow abundance and success in our garden.
