Making the Movie of Your Dream Life

All great achievements are created twice: First in your mind, and only then in the physical plane.

When you run a movie through your brain of a future event you desire to take place, it creates an emotional impression on your subconscious mind. Do this enough and it eventually programs your mind toward that outcome, causing you to take the necessary steps to achieving that goal.

One of the best things you can do every day is to take a few moments and envision the good you want to manifest.

I tried to do what you say but it keeps switching to the porn channel.  (I’m afraid what my mother told me is true and soon I will need a white cane).

Randy, As always, this is sound advice. Another key is to be as clear as you can with regards to what you want to achieve…
I think the greatest draw back to the success that people seek, is that they can not clearly define the outcome they seek.
This is a must to start the process but most do not even get past this very important part of the process.

Like the knowledge shared. Thank you. Isn’t there something about writing it down, then seeing it and acting it out with as much energy as possible for the mind to send the message to the brain? Yes, I am asking you for your thoughts about that. Happy 4th

  9. Actually, the science on this is pretty clear. Positive fantasies REDUCE goal striving: http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S002210311100031X
What actually works is mental contrasting, but ONLY when the outcome is realistic:
