Living Out Loud

prosperity

It seems people are chasing enjoyment, diversion and experiences more than ever before, yet appreciating them even less.  (Probably because of what I mentioned in this post.)

Think of the people who spend the better part of a year planning a vacation and finally get to the place.  They’re worried about the camera angles, lighting, and filters to make sure it looks eye-popping on their Instagram page.  They are posting things they have photographed, but didn’t actually see.

Prosperity is about appreciating the moments in your life.  That leisurely coffee with your best friend.  Curled up reading a captivating book.  Discovering a new lizard in your garden.

Slow down.  Breathe in the moment and allow your senses to appreciate it.  That’s living in prosperity.
