Everyone wants to harvest a dream life. Not everyone is willing to do the initial planting and then the maintenance gardening. There is no random: Your life is the harvest of your thoughts.
So how do you build the life of your dreams?
You have to think about what you think about. Become conscious, figuratively and literally. And with that consciousness, choose the thoughts you give precedence to.
It isn’t always easy. But it is simple.

True true RG.
Practice being an observer. I like breaking each hour to watch. No added commentary, I watch the thoughts in my mind, a meditation of sorts. Then I think these thoughts thru…thinking on them, as you note.
This takes plenty of practice and yep, it is not easy at times, but the reward is increased peace of mind as you process to build your life by design…because yes, if you do this, you WILL be one of the few who builds their life by design.
Thanks!

To harvest your dream,
cultivate your mind,
plant trust & faith
Hoe the weeds
water.
weed. Weed some more.
Celebrate the little sprouts
Weed, weed, weed
Water. That makes more weeds grow,
curse it!
Weed weed weed
water and fertilize,
More Weeds! Sheesh!
weed, weed, wait, weed,
Celebrate the good growth,
weed, water, weed, fertilize, water, weed, weed…
Harvest!
Repeat.

unfortunately most people are UNconscious 😉 so most of their actions are driven subconsciously. Thats why they remain mediocre…
