I had to laugh regarding the "I can't dance" because I say that all the time. No wonder. Ceasing now regarding that and going to start dancing!!
“I can’t dance.” “All the guys I meet are already married.” "My problem is I always _____”
What is the constant of phrases like the above? They are affirmations of limitations. Affirmations that program your subconscious mind and create limiting beliefs.
Now you may say, “Well it’s true, I really can’t dance.” Well of course you can’t – you keep programming that into your subconscious mind! Why not switch your language to say, “Up until now I couldn’t ___.” Or “In the past, I haven’t been able to ____.”
Release any thoughts, emotions or beliefs that keep you from accepting your good. Release any behaviors that are keeping you from your highest good.
As you release these things, you create a vacuum to attract the good. So why not commit yourself now to new ways of thinking, new beliefs, and new behaviors? It the first step to manifesting your good. And if you want to switch up and affirm something positive, do it in the comments below, so the community can support you.

Right on Randy! If we could all just get the negative thoughts out of our minds, we'd succeed! So simple, yet so hard sometimes......."What ever the mind can conceive and the mind can believe the mind can achieve." Napoleon Hill
I used to say that: " i can't dance" and you know what after a few years; I took Dance lesson's. Problem Solve. I changed my words, "I can now " The same has anything in life. Great blog Randy.
I was pathologicaly shy myself (like you put it, Randy, once in your speech) but I love people and love socializing so much that I gradualy turned into a real "party animal" - that's what my friends know me for today and they fear I might make them leave their comfortable seat and drag them to the dance floor. They definitely can't believe I was once unable to make appointments with my dentist! Deep inside the shyness never totaly disappears but whenever I join a company, I always remember the proverb:
Dance as if nobody was watching,
Sing as if nobody was listening,
Love as if you have never been hurt.
and I keep saying to myself "You can't fail!"
Love to you Randy and many thanks for making us face and gradually overcome our fears and to all those wonderful people plugging in with you and the team...

Fact is know one knows exactly what they CAN do - until they start.
Now I can't. . . . . .stop!!!
Way back as a middle school teacher, I constantly asked my kids who said, "I can't spell" or "I can't write":
Let's not affirm that. How about, "I'm learning how to write," "I'm still learning how to spell."
Personally, I used to tell myself, "I'm a writer, I can't speak." Now I tell everyone, "I'm learning how to speak!"
THE BEST question to ask yourself, and sometimes other people, is "What do you plan on doing about that?"
Makes you think, am I simply "venting" or planning to change?
Randy,
You nailed it again! What I have as my failures are really growth experiences, keeping them as failures for myself stunts growth
in many ways. Another is the word "Try" I tried it, I tried to do that.
Playing the game of life in "Safe Mode", responsibility shifted to something or someone else.

Thanks Randy for your attention to our growth and well being!

Right on Randy! How we view the world is how it will show up.
I would add that it's important for people like myself to not only AFFIRM what's possible, but to know we're worthy, too!
Thanks again!
Thanks Randy!
My favourite phrase, what I teach always to many people "Yes,I can!" Specially in my country , Hungary is self limiting and shifting responsibility to the government etc. is a tradition, I would say...
I am conquering that:)
Thanks for your help.

10 / 10 again. It's what we are within which dictates what we are and who we are. No one else is in charge of our own destiny. Beliefs can be very limiting. You are the GURU. Thanx. John 🙂
The biggest illusion is that you actually die.
Now: What Do You Do, Forever?
Even though the masses are spiritually dumbed down to the level of a plastic dog turd from a joke shop it's not too late to claim our minds and souls back.
Let's do it.
My problem was that I worried about making all payments that were due. Now I stay focused on becoming who I am meant to be! I am a prosperous person and a money magnet!
It's the vacuum created which attracts the good things you want, that caught my attention this time ! thanks again.
Thank for your advice. I have read it before, but sometimes I forget what I read. At this moment I needed to read this. You make my day, Rob.
Hi,
This so profound for me I'm about to start a new job soon and I can feel I have some resistance but after reading this I'd rather be open then stuck..thanks
Before, I am always afraid to stand up in family occasions because I'm the youngest. Not anymore! 🙂 Thanks R.G.
