Good Morning Vietnam!

It’s 8:44 am.  I’ve done 40 minutes of cardio, read some morning self-development, walked to the market to get fresh fruit for breakfast, showered, written two blogs (okay this one isn’t done exactly right now as I as typing), and my email box is empty.  And I celebrated one of the 25,000 sunrises we talked about yesterday!

Ah the joy of starting fresh and early in the morning…

Start your day running late, and it’s only gets more hectic as it goes along.  Start your day in harmony, and it just keeps getting better and better.  And the great news…

You have a choice!

  3. Nice one!  I love my morning routine but it wasn’t always this great. Can imagine lots of readers muttering under their breath about their hectic mornings getting kids ready and out the door!

It does get easier though! 🙂

  11. I get up at 5:30 everyday and get a comparable amount of work done by 8:30 – 9 or so. And it feels GREAT! I don’t do any workouts in the morning, but I get more writing done by 8 or 9 than most people do in the entire day.

  15. Hi Randy
You are right, there is always that choice. Lately I have been becoming much more cognizant about how I am starting my day as it really does set the tone and energy for what follows.
