Daily “To Do” List for a Prosperous Life

Posted By: Randy GageNovember 11, 2025

Here’s a fun little list that can also provide some substantial breakthroughs for you.  These are random but still related behaviors that I’ve picked up over the years and work to include in my daily life.

Look them over.  See which ones would be beneficial to you.  And then, please jump into the comments to share any you would add to the list.

Every Day…

Commit a random act of kindness.

Grab some fresh air and natural light.

Wake up only after you finish sleeping.

Mindfully set aside a few minutes to appreciate beauty.

Nourish your body with healthy stuff.

Nourish your mind with healthy stuff.

Create a block of “no device” time.

Do cardio exercise.

Reach out to someone with a kind word.

Do something that scares you.

Oh, and then, once a week…

Do the Hokey-Pokey.  Just in case that really is what it’s all about!

Peace,

- RG

  1. I imagine the "Wake up only after you finish sleeping." gets ignored. To be honest, I tried to shoehorn 7 or 8 hours of sleep into 5 or 6 for a (very) long time. Then I had an epiphany - which was so obvious it's embarrassing. The key wasn't getting up early. For me, it was going to bed earlier. I haven't use an alarm clock since except when traveling (I usually still beat it unless I have a flight that is crazy early). And I'm well rested. I won't say how many years it took to make this discovery.

    Thanks for posts, Randy!
