(Monday Mojo 5/29/23)
Thank God it’s Monday! Let’s get after it…
Oh, the tragedy of someday… Do you ever catch yourself saying that someday you’re going to write a book, take up skiing, start that diet, etc.? It’s one of the most destructive lies we can ever tell ourselves.
One of the most frequent versions of this I hear is when someone says they’re going to slow down and enjoy life once they earn X amount of money. They believe that once they earn a million dollars, have a net worth of $20 million or whatever – then they’ll spend more time with loved ones, take up that hobby, etc. Personally, I’ve never seen anyone actually change their behavior when they hit their number – they just find an excuse to increase it.
You never know when your last day is going to be. Please live now. Starting with today.

P.S. Most of us in the U.S. will start our week off tomorrow, as today is the Memorial Day holiday. Please take some time to remember and honor the memory of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice to defend our great land.

Good post Randy.. some times I forget how much cool stuff I've done and still look forward to doing.. but I better get doin it now.. one of the best things out of all that self help and development stuff I've found is be clear about what you want and go after it with no regrets..
