It’s another fresh week with another fresh opportunity to move toward a higher version of yourself. Striving for more and challenging yourself is a good thing. Just don’t over-index on the self-criticism.
No need to re-apply for the "beat yourself up" job. That position has already been filled. However, there is a new opening in the "believe in yourself" department...
